Your Children have lives of their own.
And Now You're Wondering What Comes Next for You.

If your days have started to feel like work, home, and repeat—and you’re quietly wondering, “Now what?” You’re not alone.

You spent years caring for your children, holding everything together, and making sure the people you love had what they needed.

Now, your children have lives and routines of their own. You finally have more time, but instead of feeling free, life may feel quieter, lonelier, or less fulfilling than you expected.

I'm Sunshine Tracy, and I believe healing can feel lighter than we've been taught.

Maybe your friendships have changed.
Maybe you want to get out more but do not have anyone to go with.

Maybe you have spent so long focusing on everyone else that you are no longer sure what sounds enjoyable to you.

If any of this feels familiar, you belong here.

This is a warm place to land while you discover what you need now—and begin letting a little more friendship, fun, connection, and sunshine back into your life.

You're in the right place if…

  • Your days have started to feel like work, home, responsibilities, and repeat.

  • You miss having plans, laughter, and something enjoyable to look forward to.

  • You want more friendship and connection but are not sure how to meet people at this stage of life.

  • You find activities that sound interesting, but the thought of walking in alone stops you.

  • You have spent so much time planning around everyone else that you are no longer sure what you would enjoy.

  • You quietly wonder, “Is this all there is for me now?”

You do not have to arrive with a plan. You only need an honest feeling that you want something in your life to be different. We can begin there—together.

WHAT COULD BEGIN TO CHANGE?

Not all at once. Not through one enormous leap.

But gradually, your life could begin to include:

A Saturday with something enjoyable already waiting on your calendar.

A friend you can text because something made you laugh.

A class, circle, or community where people begin recognizing your face.

An invitation you accept before fear has time to give you ten reasons to stay home.

A solo outing that leaves you feeling proud instead of awkward.

Music playing in your kitchen while you dance, smile, or remember a part of yourself you have missed.

A growing sense that your life is no longer something you simply move through—it is something you are participating in again.

This is not about becoming a completely different woman. It is about creating enough room for the woman already inside you to come forward—one small spark, one genuine connection, and one brave little yes at a time.

I know how small a beginning can look. My own began with me dancing awkwardly in my living room, with my stuffed animals cheering me on, long before I felt comfortable dancing where anyone else could see me.

That private little yes did not seem life-changing at the time. But it became the beginning of dance classes, new friendships, supportive communities, solo adventures, and moments when I could finally feel myself participating instead of watching from the sidelines.

That is the power of one small beginning: you may not be able to see where it will lead yet. You only have to notice what feels possible today.

LITTLE BY LITTLE, YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF…

Laughing more.
Reaching out more.
Making plans instead of waiting for plans to find you.
Saying yes a little sooner.
Walking into places that once felt too uncomfortable.
Celebrating yourself for trying—even when everything does not go perfectly.
Recognizing interests, courage, and playfulness you thought you had lost.
Feeling less like a spectator and more like a participant in your own life.

Not because fear never appears—but because fear no longer gets to make every decision for you.

How We Begin—One Small Step at a Time.

Sunshine Glow Coaching is not about fixing you, rushing you, or expecting you to already know exactly what you want.

It is a warm, supportive space where you can talk honestly about what life feels like now, become curious about what has been missing, and find one realistic place to begin.

Together, we make the beginning feel smaller and safer:

  • We focus on one next step—not your entire future.

  • We explore with curiosity—not judgment.

  • We make room for uncertainty—not pressure.

  • We celebrate progress—even when your win looks small.

  • We help you participate before you feel completely confident.

You do not have to wait until fear disappears. Sometimes confidence grows because you took the step, discovered you could handle it, and gave yourself something beautiful to celebrate.

Sometimes starting begins with…

one honest conversation…
one unexpected smile…
one tiny celebration…
one moment when you choose something for yourself.

Your Way Beyond Work, Home, and Repeat.

You may not know exactly what you want yet. You may only know that you miss having people to call, plans to anticipate, places where you feel known, and moments that make life feel brighter.

Sunshine Glow Coaching helps you turn that quiet wanting into something you can begin experiencing—without pressuring you to change your entire life at once.

We begin by noticing what feels missing, following the small sparks that interest you, and choosing one realistic way to participate.

• Notice

Recognize what feels absent from your life right now. Maybe it is friendship, laughter, plans, belonging, adventure, or simply having something of your own to anticipate.

• Explore

Follow the small sparks of curiosity appearing in your life now. You do not need to find one perfect passion. We pay attention to what makes you wonder, smile, lean closer, or think, “Maybe I would like that.”

• Connect

Create realistic opportunities to meet people, reconnect with someone you miss, strengthen a friendship, or begin finding communities where you feel welcomed and remembered.

• Participate

Practice saying yes to an invitation, activity, or new experience—even when going alone or trying something unfamiliar feels uncomfortable. Participation can begin before confidence arrives.

• Build

Allow individual moments to become part of something fuller: plans on your calendar, people you can reach out to, places where your presence is recognized, and experiences that leave you thinking, “I’m so glad I went.”

Over time, those moments begin creating a life that feels warmer, more connected, and more like your own.

This Is More Than My Work. It's My Story.

Hi, I’m Tracy Juggan—but you can call me Sunshine Tracy.

I know what it feels like to watch other people participate in life while quietly holding yourself back.

For much of my life, I was more comfortable watching other people dance, laugh, connect, and enjoy themselves than joining them. Somewhere along the way, I had learned to believe that joy, fun, and belonging were for other people—not necessarily for me.

My life did not change through one enormous, confident leap.

It changed through one small yes at a time.

One of my earliest yeses was dancing awkwardly in my living room with my stuffed animals cheering me on. Years later, I took myself to a women’s dance party called Heartbreakers. I arrived alone, began connecting with the women around me, and spent the night dancing and singing with glow sticks in my hands.

When someone from the event asked to record me, I said yes—and I kept dancing as the camera came closer.

That moment mattered because there had been a time when simply being seen would have made me freeze or shrink away. Now, I was not watching someone else enjoy the moment.

I was in it.

Those small yeses gave me far more than activities to attend. They led me toward friendships, communities, courage, and people who knew my name—not because I waited for belonging to find me, but because I slowly allowed myself to participate.

When my son spent 19 days in the hospital, people from those communities poured love, encouragement, and care back into me.

I had begun by looking for something enjoyable to do. Along the way, I created relationships that helped hold me through one of the most difficult experiences of my life.

That is what participation can create. One small yes can become a friendship, a community, a memory, or a source of support you cannot see from where you are standing today.

That experience deepened what I now know:

LIFE BEGINS TO CHANGE WHEN WE STOP WAITING ON THE SIDELINES AND ALLOW OURSELVES TO TAKE OUR PLACE IN IT.

That is why I created Sunshine Glow Coaching: to offer women the warmth, encouragement, and practical support they need to begin taking their place too.

You do not have to become who I am or follow the path I followed. Together, we will find the small yes that belongs to you.

This is not theory for me. It is a journey I have lived—one awkward, uncertain, courageous little yes at a time.

If you would like to see how I went from watching life happen around me to dancing, traveling, building community, trying new experiences, and allowing myself to be fully seen, I invite you to read the story behind Sunshine Glow Coaching.

YOUR LIFE STILL GETS TO HOLD SOMETHING FOR YOU

Something to anticipate.
Someone to laugh with.
A place where your presence is known.
A moment that makes you glad you decided to go.
A part of yourself you thought was gone—but was only waiting for room to return.

You are not too late.
You are not asking for too much.
And you do not have to create it all at once.

Your next chapter can begin with one small moment that feels a little lighter, warmer, or more alive than the moment before it.

Not Sure What Comes Next? You Can Start Here.

That is completely okay—and more common than you may realize.

When you have spent years focused on your children, work, family, and responsibilities, it can be difficult to know what you want for yourself.

You will not be pressured to discover one enormous passion or create a perfect plan. We will explore your interests, curiosity, and possibilities one small experience at a time.

3. Can coaching help if I want new friends but feel uncomfortable going places alone?

Yes. Wanting more connection and feeling nervous about getting started can exist at the same time.

Together, we will explore whether coaching feels like the right next step for you. There is no pressure, performance, or judgment.

7. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care.

Sunshine Glow Coaching focuses on helping you explore what you want in this next chapter, take practical steps toward more friendship and connection, and begin participating more fully in your life.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, it is important to contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency service in your area.

Your Sunshine Moment

☀️ A Little Sunshine Before You Go

Pause for just ten seconds.
Place one hand on your heart.
Take one slow breath. Ask yourself:

“What is one small thing I wish I had to look forward to?”

Maybe it is lunch with a friend, a walk somewhere new, live music, a class, a community event, dancing, or simply an afternoon away from the usual routine.

Notice the first image, feeling, or idea that appears.

You do not have to make the plan today. You do not have to know who will go with you or how it will happen.

For now, let yourself want it. That tiny spark may be the first bit of light showing you where to begin. And for today, noticing it is enough.
