Pause for just ten seconds. Place one hand on your heart. Take one slow breath. Ask yourself: "What is one small thing I wish I had to look forward to?"

Maybe it's a walk somewhere new, live music, a painting class, dancing, a solo lunch at that café you keep driving past, or simply an afternoon away from the usual routine.

You don't have to make the plan today. You don't have to know how it will happen.
